Cheese Sauce with Mustard

Cheese sauce with mustard has turned out very tasty, it perfectly approaches to dishes from meat, bird, fish and forcemeat. And in the cooled form it can be used as a dip for all sorts of chips and crackers.


  • Butter
    25 g
  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Spreadable cheese
    175 g
  • Cream 33%
    175 ml
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    - to taste


  • 1. Finely chop the onions and garlic. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium- high heat. Add onions and garlic. Stirring, fry for 3-4 minutes to a semi- transparent state.
  • 2. Pour the cream and bring to a boil.
  • 3. Grind the blender. Return to the plate, add raw mustard.
  • 4. Stir and bring to a boil again. Season to taste with salt. Remove from heat.
  • 5. Serve.
