Dumplings with Oyster Mushrooms and Cheese

I suggest you an original and delicious way of cooking ravioli. Believe me, even such an ordinary dish can be transformed beyond recognition. We will bake dumplings in pots with the addition of fried chicken and hard cheese. It turns out a very tasty, hearty and fragrant dish for the whole family. In addition to the mushrooms, you can use champignons, fresh or dried forest mushrooms. It is convenient to prepare this recipe in a portioned clay or ceramic pots, but you can do with deep heat-resistant dishes with a lid.

  • Dumpling
    300 g
  • Cheese
    100 g
  • Butter
    25 g
  • Sour cream
    4 tbsp
  • Oyster mushroom
    200 g
  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Olive oil
    2-3 tbsp
  • Bay leaf

  • Black pepper

  • Provencal herbs

  • 1. Clear the onion from husk and cut a quarter rings.
  • 2. In a non-stick frying pan with a thick bottom, pour a few tablespoons of olive oil. Lay out the chopped onion in a pan and, stirring, pass it on a slow fire to a golden hue.
  • 3. Fresh oysters are thoroughly washed, dried from excess moisture and cut into several parts.
  • 4. When the onion is browned in the frying pan, add the chopped mushrooms to it.
  • 5. Mix and continue cooking the ingredients together for 5-7 minutes.
  • 6. Lower frozen dumplings in the boiling salted water. Cook semi-finished products for 5 minutes after boiling.
  • 7. Gently get the dumplings boiled to half-preparedness from boiling water and transfer them into two serving pots.
  • 8. Lay out the oysters fried with onion over the dumplings in each pot.
  • 9. In each serving, add a small piece of butter and leaves of laurel. Salt and season the ingredients with black pepper and dried Italian herbs.
  • 10. In each pot, add two tablespoons of fatty sour cream.
  • 11. Pour the ingredients with water, in which the dumplings were cooked, so that they are completely covered with liquid. On top, lay out a little grated hard cheese.
  • 12. Cover the pots with lids or food foil, put them into the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake dumplings with oyster mushrooms in pots for 20-25 minutes.
  • 13. Serve the ready dish in pots, decorating each serve with fresh parsley. At the request, you can put dumplings with oyster mushrooms and hard cheese into deep plates or bowls before serving.
