Turkey Paprikash
Turkey paprikash – this is wonderful bright dish will come in handy in one of the cold autumn evenings. It is hearty, fragrant, with a rich taste. If you cannot buy turkey fillet, you can cook this dish from chicken, slightly shortening the time of roasting and stewing, as chicken breasts get ready faster.
Ingredients

Turkey fillet800 g

Onion1 pcs

Sour cream120 g

Paprika2 tbsp

Chopped tomato400 g

Salt- to taste
Steps

1. Cut fillet cubes with a side 3-4 cm. Add salt and paprika.

2. Stir, fry in a few turns on vegetable oil on high heat to a beautiful crust (2-3 minutes per batch). Shift to the plate.

3. In the same saucepan fry finely chopped onion for 3-4 minutes.

4. Put the fillet in the saucepan.

5. Add tomatoes with juice, press them with a spoon.

6. Add 120 ml of water or chicken broth, bring to a boil and simmer under the lid on a slow fire for about 7-8 minutes. Remove from the fire, fill with sour cream. Mix and serve.
