Sweet-and-Sour Korean Meatballs
My friends, I sinned again – brought you a new recipe for meatballs. This time they are made of beef and complemented by a very tasty sour-sweet sauce based on apricot marmalade. Advantage of this recipe is that the meatballs are not fried in a pan, but baked in the oven on a baking sheet. And this means that they: a) no longer require your constant presence from the moment of molding and putting into the oven and b) they will not fall apart when frying from constant turning.
