1.Prepare the dough. Beat butter with sugar until creamy consistency.
2.Add eggs – one by one, whisking well after each addition. Put orange zest, pour in juice, whisk again. Add half of the sifted flour with salt and baking powder. Knead it. Pour in the milk, mix it. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
3.Finely chop the dried apricots and put them into the dough.
5.Put in oiled or parchment-covered molds. Send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until dry match for about 35 minutes. Cool down, chop and enjoy.
