Chicken Chili with Beans

From chicken fillet you can cook a lot of delicious and healthy dishes. Today we will stew chicken with beans in a spicy sauce. The result is a very fragrant, tasty and satisfying dish, rich in protein. Chicken with beans can be served as an independent dish or supplemented with a side dish of mashed potatoes or rice. To speed up the cooking, you can use canned white beans, strained from the marinade. If you want to cook a less spicy dish, remove the seeds from the chili pepper.

  • Chicken fillet

Steps

  • 1. Peel onion and cut into 4 parts. Wash a pod of red hot pepper, clean from seeds and cut rings. Clean and wash the cloves of garlic. Combine the prepared vegetables in the blender bowl.
  • 2. Whip the vegetables in a blender to get small pieces.
  • 3. In a deep non-stick frying pan, pour half of the olive oil. Put blended vegetables in it. Sprinkle them with a mixture of ground paprika and zira. Periodically stirring, fry vegetables over medium heat, so that they are soaked with the aromas of spices.
  • 4. Then add the wheat flour to the vegetables. Stir and continue frying the ingredients together for a minute.
  • 5. Then, in a few tricks, pour water or broth into the pan, each time stirring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency to get rid of the lumps.
  • 6. Then add white beans to the mixture. To make it prepared faster, the beans must be soaked in cold water beforehand so that they swell. Covering the frying pan with a lid, extinguish the beans on a slow fire until ready. Periodically, stir up the legumes and, if necessary, pour water or broth into the frying pan.
  • 7. As a result, the beans should become soft, and the sauce should thicken.
  • 8. Wash chicken fillet, dry with paper napkins and clean off the tapes. Cut the meat pieces of medium size.
  • 9. On a separate frying pan pour the remaining olive oil. When it warms up, lay out the pieces of chicken fillet on the pan. Stirring, fry them on medium heat until ready. At the end of the cooking, add salt and spices to taste.
  • 10. When the beans in the spicy sauce will be almost ready, add the roasted chicken fillet.
  • 11. After mixing the meat with the beans, continue extinguishing the ingredients together for another 5-7 minutes. At the end of the meal, add the greenery of parsley, it will give the dish a special flavor.
