  • 1. Wash the fish and dry it with paper towels. If you use a frozen salmon steak, remove it from the fridge beforehand so that it thaws at room temperature. Then carefully remove the skin from the fish, helping yourself with a sharp knife. Rub a slice of salmon with a mixture of sea salt and ground pepper on both sides.
  • 2. Put a piece of butter on a heated non-stick frying pan, you can use ghee. Let the cream butter completely melt and boil for one minute to make it golden. Then lay out the salmon steak marinated in spices.
  • 3. Fry it over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, so that the fish browns.
  • 4. Then gently turn the fish over to the other side. Using a shallow grater, remove zest from one lemon. Cut the lemon half, squeeze out the juice from it. Sprinkle the salmon steak with zest of citrus fruit and pour it with lemon juice. Continue frying the fish in lemon marinade for another 4-5 minutes, then turn off the fire.
