Lemon Raisin Pie

Today I offer you a simple recipe for lemon cake, which can easily be cooked even by a novice inexperienced mistress. This cake can be very useful, if you are going to get a company of guests who like to thoroughly drive the teas. It turns out to be great, so it just will be enough for a company of eight people – at the same time each will get not one piece.


  • Butter
    150 g
  • Egg
    1 pcs
  • Sour cream
    100 g
  • Whole wheat flour
    250 g
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp
  • Lemon
    1 pcs
  • Raisins
    150 g
  • Nuts
    100 g
  • Sugar
    200 g


  • 1. Beat butter with sugar until creamy consistency.
  • 2. Add the egg, whisk. Add half of the flour sifted with baking powder, knead it. Then add sour cream and mix. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
  • 3. Distribute it on the bottom with an even layer of parchment or foil. Put it into the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until dry match for about 30 minutes. While baking cakes, prepare the filling. To do this, put the raisins, lemons, saha and nuts in the blender bowl.
  • 4. And grind.
  • 5. Take out the form from the oven with the cake. Distribute the lemon mass over it. Put the cake into the oven for another 15 minutes. Then cool down, sprinkle with grated chocolate or lemon zest and serve.
