Baked Salmon with Cheese and Almonds

  • 1. Ground hard cheese varieties on a grater with a small cloth.
  • 2. Nucleolus from almonds fill with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Then clean the almonds from the peel, dry and cut them into large pieces. Add chopped nuts to grated cheese.
  • 3. Separate parsley greens from the stems, then wash and finely chop. Add greens to a mixture of cheese and nuts.
  • 4. Stir the mixture so that all the ingredients are combined.
  • 5. Clean the salmon steak from the husk and wash it. Dry the fish from excess moisture with paper napkins. Salt and season the fish with spices from both sides. In a heat-resistant mold for baking, pour a little olive oil. Lay out the salmon steak in the mold.
  • 6. Lay out mixture of cheese on the steak, also greens and almonds, evenly distributing it throughout the fish.
  • 7. Put the salmon steak into the oven heated to 200 degrees. Bake the fish at an average level for 15 minutes. During this time, the fish will be completely baked, and the cheese-nut crust will turn red.
