Fried Eggs with Spinach and Cheese

Fried eggs for breakfast is a great start of the day. I suggest cooking it with fresh spinach and grated hard cheese. It is not only tasty and satisfying, but also a healthy dish. Such fried eggs do not need to be turned over during cooking, so it can not only be fried in a pan, but also baked in a slow multicooker or oven. This recipe can be used both in the diet and in the children's menu. To make fried eggs even more nutritious, you can add boiled chicken fillet, ham or mushrooms.

  • Egg

  • Butter
    25 g
  • Spinach
    150 g
  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • 1. In a pan with a non-stick coating, combine two types of butter: olive and creamy. Put the pan on medium heat and wait until butter melts. Separate spinach leaves from the stems, wash and coarsely chopp. Put the fresh spinach in the pan with heated butter.
  • 2. Stirring occasionally, pass spinach over medium heat to make it soft.
  • 3. Break 4 chicken eggs in a deep bowl. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Using a whisk, beat the eggs with salt and spices until smooth.
  • 4. When the spinach becomes soft, fill it with egg mixture.
  • 5. Cover the pan with a lid, cook the eggs on low heat so that the eggs are completely fried.
  • 6. Separate the fried eggs into portions and put them on plates. Sprinkle eggs with grated hard cheese and decorate with fresh herbs.
