There are many ways to make tomato soups. Today I want to draw your attention to the amazing recipe of tomato soup with meatballs – small balls of minced meat with the addition of eggs, onions, bread, greens and spices. It turns out very fragrant and nutritious soup, which is quite easy to cook at home.

  • 1. First boil the broth. To do this, fill the chicken wreck with two liters of purified water. Cover the pan with a lid and set it on fire. Before boiling broth remove skimmer with skimmer. Boil the broth for 40 minutes, then get out of it chicken wreck.
  • 2. In the meantime, cook meatballs. In a deep bowl, combine the minced pork and finely chopped onion.
  • 3. Add a little finely chopped fresh dill and parsley to the mince.
  • 4. Next, add a slice of white bread, pre-soaked in milk or cold water.
  • 5. To make the meatballs hold their shape better, stick one minced egg into the stuffing.
  • 6. Salt the minced meat and season it with spices to taste.
  • 7. Thoroughly mix the stuffing so that it becomes homogeneous. Wet your hands in cold water and form small meatballs from the prepared mincemeat.
  • 8. Peel and cut tubers of potatoes cubes. Add crushed potatoes to boiling chicken broth.
  • 9. Next put meatballs of minced pork to the soup. Boil the ingredients together for 15 minutes.
  • 10. In the meantime, prepare the remaining vegetables. Cut onion bulb and sweet pepper cubes, and carrots – quarter rings.
  • 11. Put the chopped vegetables in the pan with the heated vegetable oil. Stirring occasionally, pass the vegetables on low heat until soft.
  • 12. After the potatoes and meatballs boil, add the browned vegetables to the soup.
  • 13. Wash fresh tomatoes, remove the stem. Cut the tomatoes into slices of medium size.
  • 14. Transfer them into a blender and grind to homogeneity.
  • 15. When the vegetables in the soup are soft, add chopped tomatoes to them.
  • 16. Stir the soup and continue cooking it on low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
  • 17. At the end of cooking, add garlic cloves, finely chopped fresh herbs, salt and spices into the soup. Let the soup boil again, then remove it from the heat.
