  • 1. Open the can of fish canned food. Transfer the sprats into deep dishes, after removing the tails.
  • 2. Boil chicken eggs hard. After completely cooling the eggs, clean them from the husk and cut them into four pieces. Add the eggs in a bowl to the sprats.
  • 3. Cut cream cheese cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4. Remove the small head of red onion from the husk and finely chop it. Add chopped onion to the rest of the products.
  • 5. Separate dill and parsley from the stalks, wash it and finely chop. Add the greens to the bowl.
  • 6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper. Fill the mixture with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  • 7. Using an immersion blender, smash the ingredients in a homogeneous thick paste.
  • 8. Sprat pate with melted cheese can be filled with sand or puff pastry baskets or simply spread on fresh baguette or fried toast. Also sprat pate can be used as a filling for pita bread and for preparing various snacks and sandwiches.
