Buffet or homemade feast cannot exist without snacks. They set the tone for the whole celebration. Therefore, I try to cook not only delicious, but also beautiful snacks to please my relatives and guests. Today the menu has delicious tartlets with avocado and curd paste, decorated with lightly salted salmon roses. Very tasty and healthy snack that will not leave anyone indifferent.

  • Cheese curd

  • Salmon
    150 g
  • Avocado

  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Lemon
    7 g
  • Salt

  • Parsley

Steps

  • 1. In a deep bowl, lay out medium-fat cottage cheese. Cut avocado half, remove the bone and peel. Cut the flesh small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and add to curd. Add salt to taste.
  • 2. Using an immersion blender, grind the mixture of cottage cheese and avocado into a homogeneous mass. Put it in a pastry bag with a curly nozzle.
  • 3. Fill sand tartlets with cottage cheese and avocado filling.
  • 4. Cut the slightly salted red fish thin strips and gently roll them to make a rose. Add a flower from red fish to each tartlet with avocado. Decorate tartlets with fresh cucumber slices and parsley leaves. Spice up the finished snack with fresh ground black pepper.
  • 5. For decoration, you can add bright touches in the form of red currant berries, cranberries or viburnum. Tartlets with avocado and red fish are ready. Can be served on the table!
