Today I want to bake something with chocolate, something not difficult and quick. And I remembered about the chocolate cake in a cup. I got 12 cupcakes and one small cake which I decorated with chocolate icing and fresh berries (we cannot do without them))))
1.Preheat the oven up to 200C. Grease the coffee cups with butter. Sift flour in a cup, add baking powder, cocoa and soda. Add sugar.
2.Whisk yogurt and egg well in another cup and add it together with softened butter to dry ingredients. Stir, but try not to knead the dough until a smooth mass, it should be a little lumpy.
3.Lay into tins, filling them to 13 and bake for 20-25 minutes.
4.Serve the cupcakes with whipped cream sprinkled with cocoa or grated chocolate.
5.Decorate them up to your taste.
6.Fresh berries and crumbled nuts goes ideally with this chocolate cupcakes.
