Delicious and original salad «Starfish» combines crab sticks, smoked red fish and fresh cucumbers. The taste and unusual presentation of the salad will pleasantly surprise the guests, so this recipe is perfect for a festive table.
1.Wash potato tubers and boil until cooked in salted water. Then cool the vegetables, peel and chop on a coarse grater. Add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the grated potato, mix. Put the grated potatoes on a flat dish in the form of a star.
2.Wash fresh cucumbers, peel, grind on a coarse grater. Squeeze the vegetables from the juice, put them as a second layer on top of the potatoes. Salt to taste, add a mesh of mayonnaise.
3.Grind crab sticks on a greater or in a blender bowl. Put the crab sticks on top of the fresh cucumbers. Again, cover with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.
4.Hard-boil chicken eggs, cool, peel off the shells and grind on a greater with a large cloth. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and some mayonnaise. Mix until smooth, lay the boiled eggs on top of the crab sticks.
5.Put smoked salmon as the last layer, cut thin slices.
6.Decorate the salad with black olives, cut thin rings.
7.Put ready salad «Starfish» into the fridge for 1-2 hours, so that it is brewed.
