  • Pumpkin

  • Onion

  • Whole wheat flour

  • Garlic

  • 1. In a deep frying pan with olive oil, fry 3 peeled garlic cloves until golden brown. When they give the butter their flavor, remove them from the pan.
  • 2. Wash the pumpkin, clean from peels and seeds. Cut flesh medium sized cubes. Put the pumpkin in a pan with garlic butter. Stirring it, pass it until soft.
  • 3. Then add onions to the pumpkin, cut small cubes. Stir and continue frying the ingredients together over low heat.
  • 4. Following the instructions on the package, boil the farfalle in salted water. When the vegetables are fried and become soft, add pasta in the form of butterflies.
  • 5. Mix the vegetables with farfalle.
  • 6. Cook cheese sauce. In a small saucepan or frying pan, melt a piece of butter. Add a tablespoon of wheat flour and dry mustard. Quickly mix the mixture, achieving a uniform consistency.
  • 7. Constantly stirring the sauce, pour in the cream of medium fat.
  • 8. When the sauce thickens, add the grated hard cheese and ground spices. Mix the cheese sauce, achieving a homogeneous consistency.
  • 9. Add the finished cheese sauce to the farfalle with vegetables, gently mix.
  • 10. Immediately serve the cooked dish, decorated with fresh herbs.
