  • Salt

  • Black pepper
    - to taste
  • Lemon juice
    1 tsp

Steps

  • 1. Wash the fish, remove the scales. Rub salmon steak with a mixture of salt and spices on both sides. Sprinkle the steak with a small amount of lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes to marinate the fish.
  • 2. Prepare the vegetables. Wash carrots, peel and cut thin rings. Peel the onions and cut them thin slices. In a baking dish, combine vegetables and string beans. Salt and spice the mixture to taste. Pour vegetables with beans with a small amount of olive oil.
  • 3. Put a salmon steak on a pillow of vegetables.
  • 4. Cook the sauce. In a separate deep bowl, combine grated hard cheese and medium-fat sour cream. Additionally, you can add finely chopped fresh greens and a pinch of black pepper. Stir the sauce to a smooth consistency.
  • 5. Evenly distribute the cheese-cream sauce over the fish.
  • 6. Put the mold with the ingredients in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the salmon steak on a vegetable pillow for 20-25 minutes. When the cheese-cream sauce on the fish is browned, get the mold out of the oven.
  • 7. The finished dish can be served in a baking dish or put the fish with a side dish on a plate. Decorate the salmon steak with fresh herbs and serve hot.
  • 8. Bon appetit!
