Chicken fillet fritters with pumpkin are very juicy and tasty, with appetizing golden hue. For a dietetic or children's menu, cutlets can be baked in the oven or steamed. For more flavor and aroma, use your favorite spices and fresh herbs.

  • Chicken fillet

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet, dry with napkins and clean out of the film. Cut the meat pieces of medium size so that it is more convenient to chop them into minced meat. Put the chopped chicken fillet in the blender bowl. Add peeled garlic cloves, cut several pieces. Grind the ingredients into a uniform thick stuffing.
  • 2. Transfer the finished chicken minced meat into deep dishes. Add finely chopped onion to the meat.
  • 3. Peel pumpkin from peels and seeds. Grind the pulp of pumpkin on a coarse grater and add it to the chicken fillet.
  • 4. In the obtained mixture, add one chicken egg so that the burgers hold their shape better.
  • 5. Soak slices of white bread in milk. Then, squeeze the bread from excess liquid, chop into a crumb and add to the minced meat. Salt and season the mixture with spices.
  • 6. Thoroughly mix the stuffing until a homogeneous consistency.
  • 7. Form ready-made round cutlets from minced meat. Put them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • 8. Put ready-made chicken cutlets with pumpkin on a dish covered with paper towels to remove excess butter.
  • 9. Serve chicken fillet fritters with pumpkin hot with a side dish of fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice or bulgur.
