Salmon Salad with Eggs and Cherry Tomatoes

Let's make juicy, healthy and nutritious salad of salmon with boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes. The successful combination of ingredients makes the salad not only beautiful, but also very tasty. Except green lettuce, you can use fresh arugula, spinach, lettuce, parsley or basil.

Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon
    100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes
    5 pcs
  • Red onion
    1 pcs
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Lemon
    0.5 pcs
  • Green lettuce
    200 g
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Natural yoghurt
    2 tbsp
  • Mustard
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Husks the red onions, cut into thin half rings. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  • 2. Cook hard-boiled eggs, shell them and cut into slices. Salted red fish cut into thin slices.
  • 3. Let's cook a salad dressing. In a deep bowl we combine natural yogurt, mustard, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and black pepper. To make it hotter you can add one clove of garlic, passed through the press.
  • 4. Mix the dressing until smooth.
  • 5. Now, after all the ingredients are prepared, you can form a salad. Lay out chopped lettuce leaves (in a big pieces) at the bottom of a deep plate (or a salad bowl) . Over the greens put boiled eggs, red fish, onion half rings and cherry tomatoes. Salt the salad, add some black pepper to taste.
