Appetizing canapes on the skewer are perfect for both stand-up party and festival table. This recipe is a great substitute for traditional sandwiches and will help you to make serving of cold starters more various. As basis for canape we will use the circles made from fresh cucumber, they will make starter juicier. On the top put the pellets which are made of cheese salad with crab sticks. And the champignons marinated with seasonings and garlic will finish all this magnificence. Easy, quickly and unbelievably tasty!

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks
    200 g
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Cheese
    150 g
  • Marinated champignons
    250 g
  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Mayonnaise
    2-3 tbsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Dill
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Boil hard chicken eggs, cool, peel from shell and grate largely.
  • 2. Grate largely a piece of hard cheese and add it to the eggs.
  • 3. Previously peel the crab sticks form the packing and defreeze. Grate ingredients or grind in the blender bowl, and add to the eggs with cheese.
  • 4. Fill blend with a small amount of mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt or black ground pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix the blend to homogeneous consistence.
  • 5. Wash and cut into 5 mm circles fresh cucumbers. Make English walnut size pellets from cheese blend and put them on the cucumber’s circles.
  • 6. Filter champignons from pickle and sting them on skewers. Add skewers with champignons to the starter.
