Salmon Pancake Rolls

If you want to surprise guests on Pancake Week with a new unusual dish, prepare pancake rolls with light-salted red fish. If you wish sour cream in the recipe can be replaced with natural yogurt, processed or cream cheese. In addition it is possible to add some avocado, a fresh cucumber or caviar of flying fish to a stuffing. As a result, you get very tasty and nourishing snack which is perfectly suitable for a holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Light-salted salmon
    200 g
  • Sour cream
    4 tbsp
  • Whole wheat flour
    6 tbsp
  • Egg
    2 pcs
  • Milk
    200 ml
  • Sugar
    0.5 tsp
  • Salt
    0.25 tsp
  • Black pepper
    - to taste
  • Vegetable oil
    3 tbsp
  • Dill
    - to taste
  • Parsley
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Combine two eggs and a half of warm milk in deep ware.
  • 2. Mix the blend with wire whisk to homogeneous consistence.
  • 3. In stages mix the sifted wheat flour into dough, every time mixing dough to homogeneous consistence to avoid emergence of lumps.
  • 4. Then pour the remained milk in the pancake batter and mix.
  • 5. Add to pancake batter 2 tablespoons of the refined vegetable oil so that pancakes become elastic. Mix pancake batter to homogeneous consistence. Leave it for 15 minutes in the warm place so that pancake batter infused.
  • 6. Using a silicone brush, oil the heated frying pan. Pour on a frying pan a small amount of pancake batter. Rotating a frying pan with circular motions, distribute pancake batter on all surface of a frying pan.
  • 7. Fry pancake till golden shade on both sides. Thus make all pancakes.
  • 8. Grease the cooled to room temperature pancakes with a small amount of fat sour cream.
  • 9. Then strew pancakes with small chopped greenery of dill and parsley.
  • 10. Cut light-salted salmon into long slices. Lay out pieces of red fish on one edge of pancake.
  • 11. Accurately curtail pancake with red fish into a roll. Thus make all preparations. Send the stuffed pancakes to the fridge for 30 minutes so that they become impregnated. Then cut with a sharp knife pancakes with salmon on rolls of identical length.
