Let’s make a tasty and healthy dinner for all the family. Gentle and juicy chicken meat in combination with the fragrant baked vegetables and mushrooms will leave nobody indifferent. Thanks to soy marinade chicken thighs turn out especially tasty and soft, the meat just melts in the mouth. For roasting, it is possible to experiment with a set of vegetables depending on a season and your personal preferences. For the recipe, it is possible to use fresh or frozen vegetables and mushrooms.

  • Chicken thigh

  • Cauliflower

  • Champignon
    200 g
  • Garlic
    2-3 clove
  • Soy sauce
    50 ml
  • Olive oil
    50 ml
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Seasoning for chicken
    0.5 tsp

    0.5 tsp

Steps

  • 1. Let's make a marinade for chicken. In deep bowl join the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic cloves passed through a press, seasoning and sugar. Mix to a homogeneous consistence.
  • 2. Wash and dry from excess moisture with paper tissues chicken thighs. Shift meat in deep ware and pour on ready marinade. Leave chicken thighs in marinade at least for 30 minutes so that they impregnate with seasonings, become juicy and fragrant.
  • 3. Meanwhile, let’s prepare vegetables and mushrooms. Cut eggplant and peeled potatoes into half rings. Wash and cut into large slices fresh champignons. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Peel and cut into large pieces onion.
  • 4. Grease deep heat resisting ware for roasting with a small amount of vegetable oil. Lay out in the ware the cut vegetables and champignons, salt and mix ingredients.
  • 5. On the top, lay out marinated chicken thighs. Let's pour on meat and vegetables the remained marinade, evenly distributing it in the ware.
