This sweet-sour fruit is perfectly combined with different types of meat, fish or seafood, emphasizing their taste. Today I want to offer to your attention another tasty and healthy egg, kiwi and hard cheese salad. The recipe is very easy, fast and simple. It will be perfectly suitable both for the festive menu and for a case when guests appear unexpectedly.

  • Lettuce leaves

  • 1. Boil eggs hard, cool in cold water, shell and cut into segments. By means of the peeler cut hard cheese into long thin slices. Peel a kiwi and cut into pieces.
  • 2. Wash lettuce leaves, dry from excess moisture, tear with hands and lay out in a deep plate or a salad bowl. Let's add greens of a young radish and daikon.
  • 3. At the top lay out segments of boiled eggs.
  • 4. Let's add pieces of a juicy kiwi.
  • 5. Lay out thin slices of hard cheese. Choose fragrant grades with strongly marked taste.
  • 6. Cut black pitted olives into halves and add to salad together with kernels of walnuts.
  • 7. Next, salt and season salad with ground black pepper. Water a ready-made dish with olive oil. In addition, it’s possible to decorate salad with pomegranate kernels, cranberry berries or red currant.
  • 8. Serve ready-made egg, kiwi and hard cheese salad right after preparation.
