Goat Cheese and Avocado Toasts

Tasty toasts with goat cheese and avocado - a safe choice for a nourishing and healthy breakfast. As a basis we will use rye or whole-grain bread, it can be dried previously in an oven or roast in the toaster. The gentle taste of avocado and goat cheese is emphasized by juicy cherry tomatoes and fragrant fresh greenery sauce. Such snack contains a lot of vitamins and minerals necessary to receive an energy charge for the whole day.

Steps

  • 1. In a bowl of the blender let’s join the peeled garlic cloves, greenery of parsley and basil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and olive oil. Let's blend the mix to consistence of homogeneous dense sauce.
  • 2. Cut ripe avocado into halves and remove a stone. By means of a tablespoon let’s separate pulp from a peel, mash it by means of a fork and lay out on slices of rye bread. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice so that it won’t become dark.
  • 3. Over avocado lay out the goat cheese cut or crashed on small pieces.
  • 4. Add to toasts with avocado and goat cheese the cherry tomatoes cut into thin rings. Let’s season snack with fresh ground black pepper.

  • 5. From above on toasts let’s lay out fragrant fresh greenery, garlic and olive oil sauce.
  • 6. Tasty and healthy snack is ready. Serve it right after preparation with tea or coffee.
