  • Mayonnaise

    1-2 tbsp

  • Seasoning for chicken

  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet, clean out from foams and fat and cut into cubes of the middle size. Shift the cut meat in a blender bowl. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Let's add potatoes and 2 garlic cloves to chicken fillet. Blend ingredients to homogeneous dense forcemeat.
  • 2. Then let’s break an egg into forcemeat, add salt and ground seasonings. Mix forcemeat to homogeneous consistence.
  • 3. Wash sweet pepper and cut into rings 1 cm thick. Let's clean preparations from seeds and lay them out on the heat resisting ware greased by vegetable oil. Fill pepper circles with ready-made chicken forcemeat.
  • 4. Cover each preparation with a small amount of tomato sauce or spicy ketchup.
  • 5. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Lay out on each chicken “nest” an onions ring.
  • 6. Grease an onions layer with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  • 7. Wash tomato, cut into thin rings and lay out over onions. Let's salt vegetables to taste and season them with black ground pepper.
  • 8. Grate cheese of hard grades on a large cloth. Add to each chicken “nest” grated hard cheese.
  • 9. Let's send “nests” with vegetables and cheese to the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees. Bake a dish for 30 minutes. During this time, meat has to prepare completely, and hard cheese will melt and redden.
