Cucumber Radish Salad with Cottage Cheese

  • Cottage cheese

  • Leaves of a young radish
    30 g
  • Green onion

  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt

  • 1. Wash and cut into thin half rings fresh cucumber.
  • 2. Wash radish and cut off tails. Cut vegetables into thin half rings, same as cucumber.
  • 3. Wash leaves of a young radish and beet, dry from excess moisture and cut largely. Cut feathers of green onions into thin rings.
  • 4. In deep ware, join half rings of a cucumber and radish and add cottage cheese.
  • 5. Add to salad the chopped green onions and cut leaves of radish and beet.
  • 6. Let’s salt and season salad with black ground pepper to taste. Pour in radish salad a small amount of olive oil.
  • 7. Mix salad so that all ingredients covered with dressing. If necessary, add a little more salt or black pepper.
