Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Soy sauce
    4 tbsp
  • Ketchup
    1.5 tbsp
  • Honey
    2 tbsp
  • Garlic
    1 tsp
  • Paprika
    0.5 tsp
  • Coriander
    1 tsp
  • Ginger
    0.5 tsp
  • Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil
    3 tbsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. First of all let’s make marinade for wings. For this pour in necessary amount of oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Add ketchup or other tomato sauce in liquid structure at will.
  • 2. Carefully mix substance and then pour in liquid honey. Become candied honey before using surely melt on a water bath.
  • 3. Further pour in all seasonings specified in the list of ingredients. At will you can replace ginger and garlic with fresh products. Thoroughly mix marinade, completely dissolving honey and connecting all seasonings.
  • 4. Rinse chicken wings under tap water, dry up on a towel a little and shift to a deep ware. From above pour in made sweet-sour marinade and mix so that sauce covers each piece of wings.
