In modern cookery there are a huge number of various marinades for meat products. Thanks to marinade even the most usual meat dish will sound absolutely in a different way. Marinades significantly change the taste and also make meat softer, more impregnate, more fragrant and juicier. Today we marinate chicken wings in spicy sweet-sour marinade. This taste of marinade is reached by mixing of balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce and also a number of fragrant seasonings. Marinade impregnates meat fibers, making wings very gentle and spicy. Having prepared a dish on the offered recipe, you will convince that it is possible to make the real delicacy from simple chicken wings.

  • Soy sauce
    4 tbsp
  • Ketchup
    1.5 tbsp
  • Honey
    2 tbsp
  • Garlic
    1 tsp
  • Paprika
    0.5 tsp
  • Coriander
    1 tsp
  • Ginger
    0.5 tsp
  • Balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil
    3 tbsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste


  • 1. First of all let’s make marinade for wings. For this pour in necessary amount of oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Add ketchup or other tomato sauce in liquid structure at will.
  • 2. Carefully mix substance and then pour in liquid honey. Become candied honey before using surely melt on a water bath.
  • 3. Further pour in all seasonings specified in the list of ingredients. At will you can replace ginger and garlic with fresh products. Thoroughly mix marinade, completely dissolving honey and connecting all seasonings.
  • 4. Rinse chicken wings under tap water, dry up on a towel a little and shift to a deep ware. From above pour in made sweet-sour marinade and mix so that sauce covers each piece of wings.
  • 5. Peel onion from the top layer, cut into short strips, add to the main structure and mix. Leave wings in marinade for the next 60 minutes. For this purpose cover them with a food wrap and put into the fridge.
  • 6. After some time put a spacious frying pan on a hub , pour in one spoon of oil and warm it up. Put wing on an oil surface, so far leave marinade on the place. Fry wings on high fire approximately three minutes from each side to get ruddy crust.
  • 7. Next pour out marinade in a frying pan, after boiling lower fire to minimum. Cover a frying pan with a cover and simmer wings in sauce for 20 minutes. If necessary add some water.
  • 8. Cool ready-made wings, lay out on a plate for serving and decorate with greenery.
