    250 g
  • Milk
    600 ml
  • Butter
    30 g
  • Honey
    2 tsp

Steps

  • 1. Ingredients do not demand special preparation. It is only enough to rinse our orange vegetable in warm water.
  • 2. As according to a recipe we will need 250 g, let’s cut our pumpkin on small pieces. Remove a rough peel with a sharp knife, clean from seeds and weigh the necessary amount of the peeled pulp. Let's cut into any size cubes.
  • 3. Wash millet carefully.
  • 4. Let's blanch it with boiled water to remove light bitterness from grain. Drain excess liquid.
  • 5. On a bottom of pots (in our case there are two pots) lay out the processed millet in equal parts. Also evenly distribute between clay capacities pumpkin pieces.
  • 6. Let's fill in with milk almost to top every portion.
  • 7. Put the filled pots in a cold oven. Warm up no more, than to two hundred degrees. Approximate preparation time is 1 hour. The ready millet will considerably bulk up, become light, and in this case readiness can be defined with ease even visually. Let's put in a piece of butter and a spoon of honey in each pot.
  • 8. Mix fragrant porridge in pots. It is possible to serve right into pots or lay out on plates.
