Russian Spicy Marinated Tomatoes
We suggest you to prepare spicy marinated tomatoes. It’s really men's snack. It is impregnated with spiciness of chili and fragrant garlic. Also it is filled with rich taste of seasonings. Such tomatoes will perfectly approach to strong drinks. They are well combined with poultry meat, grilled meat, any meat or fish dish. If you prefer less spicy marinade, in this case replace chili with usual red sweet pepper. Ready marinated tomatoes can be stored for two years. So, stock up with all necessary products and start the cooking process.

Steps

2. Take a pan and let’s start cooking the marinade. We need one liter of water for two half-liter jars of ready tomatoes. Pour water in a pan, put it on the high fire and bring to boiling. By means of seasonings let’s enrich our marinade. Pour salt, sugar, a coriander, bay leaf and boil for three minutes so that salt and sugar were completely dissolved. At will you can add those herbs and seasonings that you prefer, it will be quite good to combine with tomatoes fragrant stems of thyme and rosemary.
