Korean Marinated Zucchini
Today we suggest you together with us to make amazing korean marinated zucchini from a good combination of summer vegetables. The juicy taste of our marinated vegetables will perfectly supplement nice meat delicacy or will adequately decorate any fish dish.

Garlic5 clove

Paprika¼ tsp

Black pepper1 tsp
Steps

1. Let’s prepare necessary ingredients for work. Peel a young zucchini from the top layer and seeds. Wash carrots and peel. Clean onions and garlic cloves from a peel. We use two jars of 0.5 liters which we sterilize by boiling (15 minutes) in advance. Using a cloth of a special grater for the Korean carrot, grate zucchini.
