  • Whole wheat flour
    200 g
  • Butter
    180 g
  • Sugar
    180 g
  • Egg
    4 pcs
  • Vanilla sugar
    1 tsp
  • Baking powder
    1 tsp
  • Salt

Steps

  • 1. In deep ware join softened butter, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar. Whip the mixture by means of wire whisk to obtain light gassy substance.
  • 2. Add to the whipped butter 4 chicken eggs one by one, each time mixing the mixture with a mixer to get homogeneous consistence.
  • 3. Then carefully whip the mixture with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, achieving homogeneous texture.
  • 4. Combine wheat flour with baking powder, sift through sieve and add to dough.
  • 5. Thoroughly mix the dough to a homogeneous consistence and shift it to a multicooker bowl, greased with butter.
  • 6. Remove kernels from fresh or pre-unfrozen cherries and shift into sieve to remove excess juice. Spread cherries evenly across the dough.
  • 7. Install the bowl with the dough in the multicooker and close the cover. Turn on the "Baking" mode on the multicooker and the time of preparation - 40-50 minutes depending on the power of the multicooker. After the specified time, gently remove the finished pie from multicooker, using a container for steam preparation.
  • 8. Let’s cool down the ready cherry pie to room temperature and decorate with sugar powder. Cut the pastries into portion pieces and serve a pie with tea or coffee.
