Baked in the oven rolls turn out very tasty, juicy and fragrant. Zucchini is perfectly combined with chicken and cheese, making the taste of the ready dish bright and harmonious. So, shall we start?

  • Zucchini

  • Garlic

  • Mayonnaise

  • 1. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices 2-3 mm thick.
  • 2. Using a cooking brush, grease zucchini slices with vegetable oil from both sides. Put the vegetables on the cookie sheet, covered with baking paper. Send sliсes of zucchini to a heated up to 180 degrees oven. Bake vegetables for 5-7 minutes so that they become softer.
  • 3. In a separate ware let’s connect spicy ketchup, mayonnaise and garlic cloves passed through the press. Mix the sauce to homogeneity.
  • 4. Cool down to room temperature baked slices of zucchini, then apply a small amount of sauce on them.
  • 5. Wash chicken fillet, clean from fat and skins and cut into thin long slices. Rub meat with a mixture of salt and ground spices from both sides, after that beat it with a culinary hammer to make the chicken juicy.
  • 6. Put pieces of chicken fillet on zucchini greased with sauce.
  • 7. Grate hard cheese on a grate with a large cloth. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the chicken fillet.
  • 8. Carefully roll the preparations into tight rolls and fix them with wooden toothpicks. From the specified amount of ingredients I got 8 rolls. Put them in a heat-resistant ware greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  • 9. Send zucchini rolls with chicken and hard cheese to the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake them until golden brown for 25-30 minutes. Serve the ready dish hot, decorated with fresh greenery.
