Fried Eggs with Garlic Arrows

I suggest you an easy-to-cook version of a delicious breakfast with garlic arrows. Young scions are very fragrant and well suited for frying.   • Garlic arrows
    100 g
  • Egg

  • Tomato

  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Sour cream
    2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil
    50 ml
  • Provencel herbs

  • 1. Wash garlic arrows and cut off the upper part together with the flower. Cut scions into segments of 2-3 cm long. Peel onions and cut into small cubes.
  • 2. On a pan with pre-heated vegetable oil we put crushed garlic arrows and onion. Stirring from time to time, fry the ingredients together on a low fire until soft.
  • 3. Cut fresh tomato into small cubes. Separate dill and parsley from stems, wash and cut small.
  • 4. Add fresh tomato to the garlic arrows browned with onions. Stir and continue to fry the ingredients together for another minute.
  • 5. In a separate ware let’s connect two chicken eggs, sour cream, salt and ground spices. Whip the mixture with a wire whisk to homogeneous consistence.
  • 6. Pour in egg-sour-cream mixture to the browned garlic arrows and vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid and prepare eggs on low fire to full readiness.
  • 7. At the end of the preparation, add to the eggs small chopped greenery.
  • 8. Serve ready fried eggs with garlic arrows immediately after cooking while they remain hot.
