  • 1. Wash tomatoes, cut into 2-4 parts and remove the stems. Grind vegetables through a juice squeezer and pour tomato juice into a pan of suitable size.
  • 2. Wash the sweet pepper, cut into halves and remove the seed box. Grind vegetables with a juice squeezer. Pour the received juice in a pan with crushed tomatoes.
  • 3. Add black allspice peas and bay leaves to the vegetable mixture.
  • 4. Put the pan on the fire and bring the vegetable juice to a boil. Carefully remove foam formed during the preparation by skimmer.
  • 5. In 10 minutes after boiling tomato juice with sweet pepper will acquire a beautiful saturated color and become thicker. At this stage let’s add sugar to the juice.
  • 6. To balance the taste of vegetable juice, add salt. Mix thoroughly so that the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
  • 7. Cook tomato juice with sweet pepper for another 5 minutes. Then remove the bay leaves and the allspice peas from the pan. Pour vegetable juice into sterilized glass jars. Cover them with sterile metal lids and roll them with a special machine.
  • 8. Turning the jars with vegetable juice upside down, wrap them with plaid and leave them for 1 day until they cool down completely. Ready preservation should be stored in a dark cool place.
