Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon

  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Red bell pepper
    1 pcs
  • Red onion
    1 pcs
  • Marinated champignons
    100 g
  • Cheese
    50 g
  • Lemon juice
    20 ml
  • Mixed leafs salad
    25 g
  • Olive oil
    50 ml
  • Black pepper
    - to taste
  • Salt
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. At first let’s prepare the vegetables. Wash the bell pepper, cut into halves and remove the seed box. Cut the pepper into straws. Peel red onion and cut into thin semi-rings. Wash fresh cucumber and without peeling the vegetables cut them into straws.
  • 2. On the bottom of the salad or deep plate let’s put washed and dried from excess moisture salad leaves. If the leaves are too large, first tear them into several parts. On top of the salad mix let’s put cut vegetables. Season the mixture with black ground pepper and salt to taste.
  • 3. Drain marinated champignons from marinade. Depending on the size of the mushrooms, cut them into 2 or 4 parts.
  • 4. Put the cut mushrooms on top of the vegetables.
  • 5. Then add cut thinly slices of smoked salmon to the salad.
  • 6. Grate hard cheese on a large grater.
  • 7. Add grated hard cheese to the salad.
  • 8. Fill «Portofino» salad with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. Decorate the dish with fresh greenery and serve immediately after preparation.
