Oven Roasted Corn with Spicy Butter

One of the simplest and most famous recipes for making corn is to cook the corncobs in large amounts of water. Today we will try to move away from the standards and bake in an oven wrapped in foil young corn with spicy butter. In the same way it is possible to prepare corncobs on a grill or a fire. Corn on this recipe is very tasty, juicy and fragrant. The amount of chili pepper can be adjusted to taste. An advantage of this preparation method is that any spices such as dried basil, oregano, thyme, paprika can be used for the recipe.   • 1. In a small plate let’s connect softened butter and finely chopped dill and parsley. Wash the chili pepper, cut into halves and remove the seeds. Cut the hot pepper into the smallest possible cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 2. Then add garlic clove passed through the press, salt and black ground pepper to taste into the butter mixture. Mix the spicy butter thoroughly to a homogeneous consistence.
  • 3. Clean corncobs from leaves and fibers, wash and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Grease every corncob with ready spicy butter and put the preparations on food foil.
  • 4. Wrap every corncob in foil like a big candy. Shift the preparations on the baking sheet and send them to the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • 5. After the specified time gently get the ready dish from the oven, unwrap the foil and serve the corn with spicy butter in hot form.
