It can be cooked for a family breakfast, served as a snack between main meals, and used for a buffet or holiday table. Salmon for this recipe can be salted on your own or purchased already prepared in the store. Cottage cheese paste with greenery and fresh cucumber is perfectly combined with light-salted red fish, emphasizing its unique taste. So this delicious snack won't leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Rye bread

  • Light-salted salmon
    100 g
  • Cottage cheese
    150 g
  • Cucumber
    1 pcs
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Grain mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Salt

  • Black pepper
    - to taste
  • Parsley
    50 g
  • Dill

Steps

  • 1. Grate cottage cheese through the sieve to make it more gentle and homogeneous. Wash fresh cucumber, cut with the smallest cube and add to cottage cheese.
  • 2. Separate dill and parsley from stems, wash, cut finely and add to the rest of the ingredients together with mustard. Salt and season with black ground pepper cottage cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • 3. By means of the cookie cutting cut out of rye bread preparations in the shape of hearts.
  • 4. Apply finished cottage cheese paste to each slice of bread.
  • 5. Cut light-salted salmon into thin slices, put on sandwiches, roll fish in the form of a flower. Decorate the snack with stems of fresh greenery and rings of cucumber. Additionally, the red fish can be seasoned with freshly ground black pepper or sprinkled with lemon juice.
