  • Chicken thigh

    200 g
  • Onion
    3 pcs
  • Garlic
    2 clove
  • Olives

  • Olive oil
    75 ml
  • Dried oregon
    1 tsp

  • 1. In a deep bowl combine olive oil, garlic cloves passed through the press, salt, mixture of ground peppers and dried oregano. Mix the chicken marinade to homogeneous consistence.
  • 2. Wash chicken thighs, dry from excess moisture with paper towels and shift into deep ware. Pour meat with ready-made marinade.
  • 3. Peel onions and cut into rings of medium thickness. Add onions to the chicken thighs.
  • 4. Mix the ingredients and leave them for about 30 minutes so that the chicken is marinated.
  • 5. Grease the heat resistant ware with small amount of olive oil. Let’s tear white bread (I have a baguette) on large pieces and put on the bottom of the ware.
  • 6. From the above let’s put marinated chicken thighs and pour with the remained marinade. Send the ware with the chicken and bread to the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 7. Then take the form with meat from the oven. Put the onion rings on the chicken thighs. Return the form to the oven for more 15-20 minutes.
  • 8. During this time, the meat should brown and roast completely. Let's check the chicken's readiness by putting a knife blade in it. If flow out the clear juice of the meat, it's ready. Serve the roasted chicken with bread and garlic in hot form, supplemented with green olives and fresh greenery.
