Hake is a delicious and budget fish and its meat is considered as dietary. Today we will bake hake fillet with vegetables and hard cheese in the oven. The fish prepared in this way is incredibly juicy, gentle and fragrant. Cheese crust does not allow pieces of hake to dry, and juice released from vegetables soaks the fish, making it incredibly tasty. Steps

  • 1. Let's prepare vegetables. Wash carrots, peel and cut with rings of medium thickness. Peel onions and cut into quarter rings. Wash fresh tomatoes and cut with thin rings.
  • 2. Grease the heat-resistant form with vegetable oil without any smell. Put crushed carrots and onions on the bottom of the ware.
  • 3. Wash pre-frosted hake, cut off the tail and fins and remove the insides and black skins. Cut the fish on the fillet and divide into the portion pieces.
  • 4. Salt the fish fillet on both sides to taste, season with black ground pepper and a mixture of seasonings for fish. Put the hake fillet on a vegetables pillow.
  • 5. On top of the fish let’s place thin circles of fresh tomatoes.
  • 6. In a separate dish connect large-grated hard cheese and sour cream. Mix to homogeneity.
  • 7. Evenly distribute cheese-sour cream mixture over fish with vegetables.
  • 8. Send a ware with fish to a pre-heated oven up to 180 degrees. Bake hake with vegetables under cheese crust for 30 minutes until golden brown. Decorate the ready dish with greenery and serve in hot form.
