Hake is a delicious and budget fish and its meat is considered as dietary. Today we will bake hake fillet with vegetables and hard cheese in the oven. The fish prepared in this way is incredibly juicy, gentle and fragrant. Cheese crust does not allow pieces of hake to dry, and juice released from vegetables soaks the fish, making it incredibly tasty. Baked hake with vegetables under the cheese is a wonderful way to diversify your everyday menu in an inexpensive and delicious way.
