Today on the menu is an incredibly tasty and easy dish of Asian cuisine. We’ll bake trout steaks under teriyaki sauce. The red fish prepared in this way will be suitable both as a dish for holiday table and to vary daily menu. Please your family or make a romantic dinner with this dish complemented with white wine. Rice, potatoes or vegetable salad is well suited as a side dish.
1.Let’s make teriyaki sauce for the marinade. In deep dish combine soy sauce, sugar, ground ginger and garlic cloves passed through the press. At will, fresh garlic can be replaced with dried powder garlic.
2.Then add olive oil and honey to the mixture.
3.Pour wine vinegar into sauce and mix with the wire whisk.
4.In a separate dish connect 50 ml of water and 2 teaspoons of potato starch and mix thoroughly.
5.Add starch mixed with water to the sauce. Mix the sauce carefully with the wire whisk, achieving homogeneous consistence.
6.Wash trout steaks and clean from scales. Put the fish in the ready teriyaki sauce. Leave the trout for 30 minutes so that the fish is marinated.
7.Shift the marinated trout steaks into a heat-resistant form for baking. Let’s water fish with small amount of sauce. Send trout steaks into a heated to 180 degrees oven. Bake fish at the medium level for 20-25 minutes.
8.Pour the remaining sauce into a frying pan with a thick bottom. Stir constantly and cook teriyaki sauce on low fire until thickening.
9.Take the ready fish out of the oven, grease steaks with teriyaki sauce, using a culinary brush.
10.Decorate trout steaks with sesame seeds and finely cut green onions. Serve fish in hot with side dish from rice.
