Spicy Pumpkin Soup with Minced Meat
We continue to cook from seasonal products. Today I have prepared for you an interesting recipe of pumpkin pureed soup with spicy fried mince. The soup is very nourishing, with a saturated spicy taste. A special aroma of pureed soup is given by spices and fried garlic with mince. Pork, beef, chicken or turkey mince can be used for the recipe. Be sure to try this recipe again. The gentle, creamy pumpkin pureed soup warms and saturates very quickly.

Steps

9. When the vegetables are cooked and soft, let’s take 300 ml of broth from the soup. Using a submersible blender, blend the soup into homogeneous puree. At will, pour in soup a little broth, achieving the necessary consistence. Return pumpkin pureed soup on fire, bring it to boiling and cook on low fire for another 1-2 minutes.
