  • Chicken fillet
    600 g
  • Potato

  • Egg

  • Potato starch

  • Whole wheat flour

  • Seasoning for chicken

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  • 1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Cut each fillet lengthwise into halves. Then cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  • 2. Shift the chicken fillet pieces into deep ware. Add wheat flour to the meat.
  • 3. Mix chicken fillet with flour so that each piece of meat is covered with breading.
  • 4. Now let's make a potato coating. Gently separate 2 egg whites from yolks (we do not need them). With the help of a mixer whip the egg whites to soft peaks.
  • 5. Wash the potatoes, peel and ground on a large grater. After pressing from the crushed potatoes excess moisture, add it to the whipped egg whites.
  • 6. Then add potato starch, salt, black ground pepper and chicken seasoning.
  • 7. Mix the potato coating, achieving a homogeneous consistence.
  • 8. Dip the pieces of chicken fillet covered with the flour into a potato coating so that the meat is completely covered with it.
  • 9. In a deep frying pan, pre-heat vegetable oil. Gently put chicken fillet in coating in a frying pan with heated oil.
  • 10. Fry nuggets on medium fire for 5-6 minutes on each side so that meat is fully prepared.
  • 11. Place the finished products on a plate covered with paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • 12. Serve crispy chicken nuggets in potato coating in hot form, decorated with fresh greenery. A great addition will be ketchup or garlic sauce.
