Chicken Pineapple Cheese Layered Salad

Layered salad with chicken, cheese and pineapples is a snack known not only in this variant. Variations with the addition of garlic or walnut are equally popular. Such salad can be prepared by simply mixing all the components. But, agree, serving as a layered salad looks more spectacular, especially if you plan to include it to the holiday menu!

Steps

  • 1. You'll need fillet separated from the chicken breast, which has been cooked to full readiness in water salted and seasoned to taste. Canned pineapple can be in the form of pieces and rings, there is no difference, in any case it is necessary to cut fruit finely and put on a sieve to remove the excess syrup. Choose hard cheese to your taste. The amount of salt will depend on it. Grate cheese and eggs separately on a small grater.
  • 2. Cut pineapples and chicken fillet into small cubes, cut finely parsley. To reduce the amount of mayonnaise, let’s apply it on the layers of salad in the form of a net. For this purpose let’s shift mayonnaise to paper piping bag and cut the tip. The salad can be served in small portion salad dishes or in a large one. Lay out chicken fillet as the first layer and press slightly with a spoon.
  • 3. Let’s apply a net of mayonnaise on chicken fillet, then in turns put: pineapple - mayonnaise - eggs - mayonnaise - cheese - mayonnaise. Before applying the mayonnaise, press each layer slightly with a spoon. If the size of the serving salad dish allows, the layers can be repeated. Decorate everything with grated cheese and parsley.
  • 4. Take the salad to the fridge for 30-40 minutes, so that the layers impregnate. The ready salad turns out juicy and the sweetness of pineapple is perfectly combined with chicken and cheese.

    Bon Appetite!
