  • Puff pastry
    500 g
  • Chicken drumsticks
    4 pcs
  • Olive oil
    50 ml
  • Egg
    1 pcs
  • Dried garlic
    0.25 tsp
  • Seasoning for chicken
    0.5 tsp
  • Salt
    - to taste

  • 1. Wash chicken drumsticks and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Rub meat with a mixture of salt and spices. Let's leave the chicken drumsticks for 30 minutes to marinate.
  • 2. Then put the meat in a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil.
  • 3. Fry chicken drumsticks on medium heat to golden crust on all sides. In this case, all juices are sealed, and the meat remains juicy.
  • 4. Lay out fried chicken drumsticks on a dish covered with paper towels to remove excess oil. Cool the meat to room temperature. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge in advance so that it unfreezes and becomes elastic. Roll the dough into a 3-4 mm thick layer. Cut the dough into strips 1-1.5 cm wide.
  • 5. So that the bones on the chicken do not burn during baking, let’s wrap them with food foil. Wrap each chicken drumstick with strips of puff pastry overlapping each other circle. Put the preparations in a heat-resistant ware, covered with parchment paper. So that the chicken drumsticks in the puff pastry turn out to be golden, let's grease them with egg yolk.
  • 6. Send the preparations to a pre-heated oven up to 200 degrees. Bake chicken drumsticks in puff pastry for about 30-35 minutes until the golden crust.
  • 7. Serve the ready dish in hot with fresh vegetables and favorite sauce.

    Bon Appetite!
