Salmon Salad with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes

  • Light-salted salmon

  • Red onion

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • Lettuce leaves

    50 ml
  • Honey
    1 tsp
  • Spicy mustard
    1 tsp
  • Salt

  • 1. Wash lettuce leaves, dry from excess moisture, tear on large pieces and put on the bottom of the plate. Cut the light-salted salmon into thin slices and put them on lettuce leaves.
  • 2. Wash the champignons and cut into slices. Put the ground mushrooms in a frying pan with pre-heated olive oil. Stir periodically and fry champignons until golden brown.
  • 3. Cool the fried champignons to room temperature and add mushrooms to the salad.
  • 4. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into halves. Peel red onion and cut with thin semi-rings. Put the ground vegetables in the salad bowl.
  • 5. Let's prepare dressing. In a separate dish combine olive oil, honey and spicy mustard. Add garlic clove passed through the press, salt and black ground pepper to taste.
  • 6. Mix dressing to homogeneous consistence.
  • 7. Pour salad with seasoned dressing.
  • 8. Salad with salmon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes is ready. Serve it immediately after cooking with slices of crispy baguette.
