It’s a Pancake week, so it's time to cook delicious pancakes for family and friends. There are big varieties of pancake recipes: chocolate, rye, pumpkin, on potato broth and fruit yogurt.
Today I offer you another simple and delicious recipe for kefir pancakes on basis of pate a choux. They are very gentle, soft and thin. To taste pancakes turn out neutral, so they will be suitable for both sweet and salty filling. This time I made pancakes for breakfast, so I served them with honey and gooseberry jam.

Steps

9. After half an hour, you can start cooking pancakes. Grease the hot pancake frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil using a cooking brush. Pour a small amount of pancake batter onto the frying pan. By rotating the frying pan with circular movements, distribute the batter evenly throughout the perimeter.
