Chicken fillet baked in lemon-honey marinade turns out very juicy and delicious. The marinade gives the meat a pleasant sweetness of honey and a light sourness of lemon. The chicken fillet prepared according to this recipe is very soft and fragrant, with an appetite golden crust on top. The ideal side dish to this meat will be boiled vegetables or fresh salad.

  • Chicken fillet

  • 1. Wash the chicken fillet and dry from excess moisture with paper towels. Clean the meat from fat and skins. Let's make marinade. Connect honey and olive oil in deep bowl.
  • 2. Take the zest from one lemon and add it to the marinade. Here let’s pour the juice of half of the lemon.
  • 3. Add to the marinade large salt and a mixture of ground peppers to taste.
  • 4. Mix the marinade thoroughly, achieving a homogeneous consistence.
  • 5. Shift the prepared chicken fillet into a heat-resistant ware for baking of suitable size. Pour meat with ready lemon-honey marinade.
  • 6. Without covering the ware for baking, send chicken fillet to the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees. Bake fillet for 45-50 minutes, periodically watering meat with marinade. In the process of preparation marinade from the ware will evaporate significantly, and chicken fillet will be completely baked and redden.
  • 7. Cut the ready chicken fillet into slices and serve warm with vegetables, cereals or fresh salad.
