The main ingredients of the dish are bulgur and finely cut parsley. Add fresh cucumbers and cherry tomatoes to the salad, and they will make the dish brighter and juicier. In addition to parsley, you can add leaves of fresh mint and green onions to the salad.

  • Bulgur
    150 g
  • Water
    300 ml
  • Cucumber

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • 1. Wash bulgur carefully, transfer to deep ware and add salt to taste.
  • 2. Fill the cereal with steep boiling water, cover with the lid and leave for 15 minutes. During this time the bulgur will steam and will be fully prepared.
  • 3. Meanwhile, let’s prepare the rest of the ingredients for the salad. Wash parsley, separate leaves from stems and finely cut.
  • 4. Wash the fresh cucumber and cut into small cubes.
  • 5. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into 4 parts.
  • 6. Connect ground vegetables and greenery in a deep salad bowl.
  • 7. Add to the salad ready-made bulgur, which was cooled to room temperature.
  • 8. Pour in salad 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • 9. Dress the salad with a little olive oil.
  • 10. Thoroughly mix Tabouli so that all ingredients combine. Let's taste salad. If necessary, add salt to taste.
  • 11. Serve the ready salad Tabouli immediately after preparation.
