Chicken Meatballs Spinach Soup
If you bother of your diet and fasting days are ok for you, then this recipe will fit perfectly into your healthy menu. Our chicken meatballs spinach soup does not contain any potatoes, but combines a big amount of useful and dietary spinach, two types of fragrant greenery and gentle chicken meatballs, which are baked in an oven.

Chicken Meatballs Spinach Soup
Steps

1. Carefully wash the chicken meat – I use chicken thighs without bones for this dish. We have frozen spinach and it’s not necessary to unfreeze it. You can put frozen briquettes in soup. You can choose any kind of pasta, but it is better to choose something like cavatappi pasta. In advance peel onions, garlic, carrots and wash fragrant greenery. First of all pass several times (we have done it twice) chicken meat through mincing machine, so that mince becomes as gentle as possible.
