Let’s prepare for dessert delicious muffins with cottage cheese cap. Pastry is very tasty and gentle, with a golden top. It is best to use paper forms to prepare muffins. Due to the paper forms the pastry remains fresh for a long time and does not get hard. Dessert can be taken with you to work or given a child to school as a snack.
1.In deep bowl let’s combine milk and 2 chicken eggs.
2.Add sugar and salt to the mixture.
3.Melt butter on a cooking surface or in a microwave oven and cool to room temperature. Add melted butter to the egg-milk mixture.
4.With the help of a mixer, whip the mixture for 2-3 minutes so that all ingredients are connected to each other and the sugar (100 g) is completely melted.
5.Add sifted wheat flour (200 g) mixed with baking powder into dough.
6.Using a mixer, gently mix the dough to a homogeneous consistence.
7.Let's prepare cottage cheese cream. In deep bowl connect cottage cheese, 1 chicken egg and sugar (100 g).
8.With the help of a submersible blender, break the mixture to paste-like consistence. Add wheat flour, corn starch and vanillin to the cream. Once again, break the cream with a submersible blender to make it homogeneous.
9.In the metal form for muffins insert paper forms. Fill them with 2/3 of ready dough.
10.On top of the raw dough, pipe cottage cheese cream using a pastry bag with a figure nozzle.
11.Send the muffins to a heated up to 200 degrees oven. Bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 130 degrees and continue baking muffins for another 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of pastries with the help of wooden toothpick. It should be dry.
12.Cool muffins with cottage cheese cap to room temperature and serve with tea or coffee.
